Cookie Policy

Broadband Deal Centre is a trading name of ZM SOFT LTD. This policy explains the cookies, localStorage and similar technologies used by this website.

Last updated: 17 July 2026. Last reviewed: 17 July 2026.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small files saved by a browser. Similar technologies include localStorage, pixels, tags and scripts that remember choices or measure activity.

2. Who provides this website

Broadband Deal Centre is a trading name of ZM SOFT LTD, company number 15620799, The McLaren Building, 46 The Priory Queensway, Birmingham, England, B4 7LR.

3. Consent categories

  • Necessary: always active for core operation and storing consent status.
  • Preferences: optional settings that remember non-essential choices.
  • Analytics: optional measurement of site usage and CTA performance.
  • Marketing: optional advertising, Google Ads and call-conversion tags.

4. Current cookie and storage table

bdc_cookie_consent_v1localStorageBroadband Deal Centre / ZM SOFT LTDStores consent version, necessary, preferences, analytics, marketing, updatedAt and method.NecessaryUntil browser storage is cleared or the consent version is replaced.

No first-party analytics or marketing cookies are set by the current static implementation before consent.

5. Necessary storage

Necessary storage is used to remember your cookie choice and to keep the website usable. It cannot be switched off through the website control.

6. Preferences storage

Preferences are optional. The current implementation records whether you selected the preferences category but does not currently use extra preference cookies.

7. Analytics

Google Analytics is configured through placeholders only. If a GA4 ID is added, analytics scripts load only after analytics consent. Analytics events must not include raw personal data.

8. Marketing and Google Ads

Google Ads and Google Tag Manager IDs are placeholders only. If configured, marketing scripts load only after marketing consent. Enhanced conversions are disabled unless separately approved.

9. Call conversion tracking

Google Ads call-conversion tracking may be configured to measure calls from ads. It must be routed through the central consent-aware loader and must not collect call content.

10. Fonts and external requests

The site loads Google-hosted font files from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. These requests may expose technical data such as IP address, browser and referrer to Google as part of delivering the font resource.

11. Forms and third-party tools

No online enquiry form is currently enabled. If forms, CRM tools, call tracking, email tools or security tools are added, this table must be updated before production launch.

12. Change your cookie choices

Use the Privacy choices button in the footer to reopen the banner. The first layer offers equal choices: Accept all, Reject non-essential and Manage preferences.

13. Browser controls

You can also delete localStorage and cookies through your browser settings. Clearing browser storage will remove bdc_cookie_consent_v1 and the banner may appear again.

14. How long choices last

The consent record is kept until browser storage is cleared or the consent version is replaced. Material retention periods for wider business records remain unresolved before production launch.

15. Personal data and dataLayer limits

The internal dataLayer must not receive names, email addresses, postal addresses, account numbers, payment details or free-text enquiry notes.

16. Updates to this policy

This policy must be updated whenever analytics, marketing, call tracking, forms, CRM tools, cookies or storage change.

17. Contact
